Communication in the virtual workplace can be a rewarding experience, but it can also be a difficult experience. Many times companies will experience negative impacts due to mishandling virtual communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
In Week 5 you will be developing a virtual workplace communication plan with the goal of improving customer relationships and enhance the customer experience. For this activity you will need to identify an ecommerce business or a traditional business that both deploys virtual communication channels and has experienced negative impacts due to how they handle their virtual communications.
The business identified in this activity will be used to complete your virtual workplace communication plan due in Week 5.
