Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to examine why change management is important in the workplace and the relationship between motivation and performance.
Scenario: Your team has been tasked with spearheading a major cost savings initiative within the organization. The team has been tasked with devising a plan to offshore the contact center eliminating resources/roles within the organization. Points to consider: risk assessment, persuasion, buy-in, conflict resolution, power/politics, motivation, etc.
Prepare a 1,050-word examination in which you explain the following:
